Culinary Capita S.L. is the RESPONSIBLE PARTY for processing the personal data of the USER and informs them that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

What do we use your personal data for?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user: managing reservations made through the website, handling requests, and responding to queries through any of the available contact channels.

Why can we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR: with the USER's consent and by the legitimate interest of THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY to handle requests made by the USER.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as required by legal obligations, after which it will be deleted with adequate security measures.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No communication of personal data to third parties is planned, except where necessary for the execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers, with whom THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY has signed the required confidentiality and data processing agreements.

Mandatory nature of the information

USERS, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the reservation form, expressly and freely accept that their data is necessary to process their request. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY is accurate and undertakes to communicate any changes.

Data retention

Personal data will be retained no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or where legal obligations require its retention. When no longer necessary, it will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure anonymisation or total destruction of the data.

Recipients

No communication of personal data to third parties is planned, except where legally required or necessary for the execution of the purposes of the processing, with the corresponding confidentiality agreements in place.

Data subject rights

The rights available to the USER are:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right to access, rectify, port and delete their data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable regulations.
